Tuition/Fee FAQs


Is tuition refundable?

Tuition is non-refundable, including cancelled classes due to inclement weather. However, students can drop in on any age appropriate class within 3 weeks of the missed/cancelled class. 

Is tuition prorated if I join late in the session?

Tuition is NOT prorated when students register for class after its start date. However, students can make-up any missed classes by dropping in on any age appropriate class within the registered session. 

How long to I have to join?

Registration is open until week six of each session. 

When are tuition fees due and how are they charged?

Each session's tuition can be paid all at once, or broken into 2 or 4 payments. If you would like to take advantage of our 2 and 4 payment options, your account MUST be set to AUTO PAY, and a $5 fee applies to each broken payment (so if you choose 4 payments, $5 will be added to each of the four invoices). Invoices are sent out via E-mail on the 10th of each month, and are due by the 20th of each month.  

How do I make a payment?

You can set your account up for AUTO PAY to have your payments paid automatically, manually pay through the parent portal, use our drop box in the studio, or pay at the front desk during business hours. We accept credit cards, checks, or cash. If you would like to take advantage of our 2 and 4 payment options, your account MUST be set to AUTO PAY.
